Greek Food Festival Corpus Christi

I’m baaaaaack! Did you miss me? What Halloween spookies or Dia de los Muertos festivities did you get into? Now that we’re launching headlong into fall, and the weather’s cooling down, there’s a ton of activities popping up around the Coastal Bend for your enjoyment. Take a look at some of the mischief you can get into this weekend:

GREEK FOOD FESTIVAL

Friday, 5-10 p.m.; Saturday, noon to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church

Opa! Embrace culture right on the bay at our very own big, fat Greek food festival. This  annual, and delicious, fest is a mainstay at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, located in downtown Corpus Christi. Pick up a plate full of your favorite Greek dishes, like spanakopita, dolmas and baklava, wash it down with some Greek beer, and stay for some dancing, live music and a church tour.

ART WALK

Friday, 5 p.m.
Downtown

It’s First Friday! Take advantage of the cooler weather and head downtown for your fill of music, local vendors, food and fun, with block parties on nearly every corner. With outdoor stages, downtown music venues, pop-up vendors, and your favorite food trucks, you’ll be sure to fall into November in style. Don’t miss the official lighting of the Port Holiday Tree at La Retama Park at 7 p.m., where you can grab a selfie with Santa and jam out with 18 Hours. Roll over to the Annex for a Classic Car Coastal Cruise-In
